*30 day money-back returns policy for courses There is a 30 day money-back returns policy for all courses. The thirty day period starts on the date of your enrolment (this date will be detailed in your welcome letter). Should you be unhappy with your course for any reason and want to return it to claim the money-back guarantee you must inform us that you want to claim your money back, and return all course materials to us within the 30 day period in an unused condition and at your own cost. A £20 administration charge will then be taken and the remainder of monies already paid will be returned to you by cheque made payable to the name on your enrolment form, unless requested otherwise.
